The Well Way

At Well Cycle Studio we focus on feeling good and being in good company while enjoying all the benefits of indoor cycling. We want you to experience an environment that is well lit, clean music and imagery, welcoming hospitality and quality instruction so you feel comfortable and safe on the bike.

Cycling is a wonderful exercise for teens, people recovering from injuries, people living with Parkinson’s disease, people new to group fitness and the cycle enthusiasts! Let us help you rebuild your strength, endurance and overall well being in community with others.

Pushing back on Parkinson's one pedal stroke at a time! We are focused on creating more dopamine in the brain and lower body strength for balance. Join us for this safe mobility ride for all stages in your fight AGAINST PD.

Intro To spin

 

This 30 minute class will teach bike set up, physical technique, cycling positions and language that will put you at ease about spinning. This is a lower intensity class with a lot of instruction and grace!

Pedaling with Parkinson’s

This is a 30 min moderate intensity class for YOUTH with music and videos they request! If your 10+ kid is in between sports and/or needs to get moving with their friends, come join the fun!

meet Jacky

Hi! I'm Jacky Shenbaum, a homegrown Bradenton girl with a love for this community to thrive together. I have been spinning for many years and it's proven to be a great low-impact workout with fast results!

I wanted to create a studio that looked, sounded, smelled and “felt” different from other leading studios out there. I believe it’s so important to feed your body and mind with quality “clean” imagery, music and instruction that enhances your workout experience to make a bigger impact on your whole life. I wanted a space for most ages, from youth years to 90 years. I also have a special interest in teaching a class that helps people living with Parkinson's Disease to create dopamine and strength!

Wherever you are in your wellness journey, I hope you will come join us for a ride to Be Well Together.

Hi! I'm Lauren! Wife to Jamie and mom to 3 awesome kids! We love all things outdoors, sports and pouring into our kid's passions!

Growing up I was athletic and enjoyed exercise, but as life happens - different seasons come. I found myself in a season of "taking care of all the things” without giving myself the time I needed to focus on my own wellness — a change needed to happen! Group fitness changed the game for me.

I have a passion for encouraging others to achieve their goals and develop strength from the inside out! Let's do this!

EDIE DEANE-WATSON “THAT’S A STRETCH”

Edie is a Bradenton native. She is blessed to have served in the healthcare arena for the past 40 years. Her journey included directing medical rehabilitation programs and working as an executive in corporate America. Later, an entrepreneur at heart, she founded and later sold a successful online continuing education business. Currently, she guides yoga and provides life coaching services. However, her favorite career path is being the mom to her 3 children and now 7 grandchildren.

Edie practiced yoga for 30 plus years to improve flexibility and strength before she discovered the power that yoga holds as a mind, body and spirit discipline. Yoga provides a “tool kit” of resources to use in the quest to live an integrated and balanced life.

I'm a passionate individual with a deep love for fitness, family, and life. Married for 17 years and proud parent to two wonderful kids, I believe that faith, family, and hard work are the foundation of everything I do.Fitness is my true passion — I’m dedicated to not only maintaining a healthy lifestyle but also competing in bikini bodybuilding, where I challenge myself to reach new heights. When I’m not in the gym, I’m a professional real estate agent, helping clients find their dream homes.

My heart beats to the rhythm of hip-hop and R&B music. Join me as we cycle to the beat for this 30 minute HIIT class!

Alex Hritz
Raise It”

Hi, I’m Alex! I moved here from Pittsburgh 4 years ago to be a caretaker to my best friend who has some special needs. I got into spin after college and instantly loved it! A friend of mine repeatedly said I should teach spin classes, so here we are fulfilling that new part of my life. When I’m not on the spin bike, I have a little “Chiweenie” and two Jack Russell Terrier dogs I am usually out walking or enjoying some pool time with.

I'm looking forward to challenging you on the bike with energetic music as we get to know one another better. Let’s raise the bar on our health!

Our VISION

  • Bike shorts or leggings is recommended. Men may want to wear spandex bike shorts under their loose shorts. Closed toed sneakers or clipless SPD cleats are best. No peloton shoes.

  • All of our classes are created to motivate the novice to the enthusisiats. The instructors give ample instruction on how to get the most out of the workout at all levels.

  • Arrive 15 min before class, so there is ample time for bike set up, water and bathroom break.
